TC, Executive Producer
Twitter – @tc34
TC was born in Boston, lived in Alaska and spent most of her childhood in Raleigh, North Carolina (graduate of NCSSM!) before going to college in Massachusetts. She then moved to Philly area where she met Michael while teaching his sons at the local Montessori School. She also worked at QVC as the on-air guest for Candle Impressions (flameless candles!). Interested in media, she eventually found a home as Executive Producer of The Michael Smerconish Program. She and her husband and daughter live outside Philadelphia with their sweet lab Auggie. She can be reached here: firstname.lastname@example.org.
Dan Henning, Producer
Twitter – @DCRadioDan
Dan has been a radio nerd from childhood. Driving his parents absolutely crazy, he would impersonate radio personalities in the car. In middle & high school, he won the coveted role of “morning announcements guy,” and from that, knowing he was destined for a career in radio, Dan graduated from The Park School of Communications at Ithaca College, and has worked in a mix of music and talk radio since then. When not at the helm of The Michael Smerconish Program, Dan can be found at the helm of his boat on the Chesapeake Bay, enjoying a craft beer and/or single malt, and chipping away at his golf game.
Monique Lyons, Call Screener
Monique’s first love has always been radio. She caught the bug listening on her dad’s shortwave radio during her high school days in Germany. She graduated from American University in Washington, DC with two degrees.
One, a BA in Broadcast Journalism and most recently, a MA in Producing in Film and Media. She has spent several years as an on-air reporter/producer on numerous radio and televison stations. Her background also includes a number of years at Discovery Channel as a script editor and producer. Her other love is sports and teaching tennis to youth.
Monique can also be found at the Sirius sports department running commercials during many broadcast games.
